It is static and manual-review-only. ## Dogfood correction feedback loop Teleodynamic theory is not treated as immutable. When UAIX.org, receiver agents, reviewers, or adjacent ecosystem dogfood tests expose a Teleodynamic theory claim, vocabulary choice, or framing rule as wrong, unsupported, disproven, stale, or incomplete, the finding must become a human-reviewed correction candidate. Current guidance should be revised, narrowed, marked as research-only, or retired instead of leaving known-bad theory in place. Use UAIX for portable evidence, affected schema or handoff references, no-op reasons, and reviewer packets. Use Teleodynamic for the theory repair, claim-boundary update, or explicit retirement decision. This feedback path does not authorize runtime execution, automatic publication, protected-anchor mutation, certification, consciousness proof, or adjacent-site command authority. ## Hard boundaries - No runtime AI behavior - No model training - No live crawling beyond ordinary public GET checks - No endpoint execution - No credential validation - No private-network probing - No automation of publication - No automation of verification - No automation of completion - No automation of packet coverage - No automation of final sign-off - No automation of final sign-off publication - No GET-Action execution - No POST actions - No safety certification - No consciousness claim - No biological-equivalence claim - No exact symbolic translation claim - No medical/therapy claim - No command-and-control claim over other domains
