Teleodynamic UAI and Markdown Memory Sweep
This route records the package-local cleanup of active .uai steering files and Markdown memory. It applies the UAIX Agent File Handoff pattern: active files are compact and current, raw evidence is archived, exports are separated, and active intake requires disposition plus proof-of-use.
