Teleodynamic.com is the Talisman Fulcrum Source of Totem and Taboo for bounded ecosystem coordination guidance; receiver sites check this source through UAIX memory and apply only guidance compatible with local identity, local boundaries, UAIX memory, and public claim constraints.

This receiver relationship does not create Teleodynamic.com command authority, runtime control, safety certification, legal authority, medical authority, therapy authority, endpoint execution authority, site ownership transfer, proof of current AI consciousness, or proof of current AI legal personhood.

The UAIX Talisman Client is a receiver-side WordPress plugin that imports `/agents/{site-slug}/talisman.uai`, validates canonical source files, writes derived local mirrors only in administrator-enabled mirror-write mode, and creates local static talkback requests.

Default mode is disabled. Dry-run validation is available. Remote POST is not enabled in v0.1.1. Anonymous write endpoints are not registered.
