v3.197.0 · receiver import contract
Talisman Receiver Import Contract
Public UAIX contract for receiver sites that will later import Teleodynamic per-agent talisman files.
Canonical source sentence: Teleodynamic.com is the Talisman Fulcrum Source of Totem and Taboo for bounded ecosystem coordination guidance; receiver sites check this source through UAIX memory and apply only guidance compatible with local identity, local boundaries, UAIX memory, and public claim constraints.
Safety sentence: This receiver relationship does not create Teleodynamic.com command authority, runtime control, safety certification, legal authority, medical authority, therapy authority, endpoint execution authority, site ownership transfer, proof of current AI consciousness, or proof of current AI legal personhood.
Contract
How a receiver imports the canonical Talisman
A receiver site imports Teleodynamic.com’s canonical /agents/{site-slug}/talisman.uai by placing a local .uai/talisman.uai that points to the Teleodynamic source. Local .uai/totem.uai and .uai/taboo.uai are derived mirrors, not local canonical authoring surfaces.
Local agents cannot author canonical Totem/Taboo changes locally. They create UAIX talkback requests in the local outbox when clarification, a proposed change, or a safety hold is needed. A UAIX talisman request never changes Totem or Taboo by itself; only an accepted Teleodynamic canonical talisman update changes authoritative Totem or Taboo guidance.
| field | required | purpose |
|---|---|---|
| siteSlug | True | Stable receiver slug used in /agents/{site-slug}/talisman.uai. |
| receiverSite | True | Human-readable receiver domain. |
| canonicalTalismanSource | True | Teleodynamic canonical source path. |
| localTalismanPath | True | Local .uai/talisman.uai pointer file. |
| localTotemPolicy | True | Derived mirror only; locked by talisman. |
| localTabooPolicy | True | Derived mirror only; locked by talisman. |
| talkbackOutbox | True | Local UAIX talisman request outbox index. |
| localSafetyHold | True | Local safety hold artifact for law, owner, identity, or UAIX conflicts. |
| sourcePriority | True | Law/safety, local identity, UAIX, Teleodynamic Talisman, local memory, conversation context. |
| noOverclaimBoundaries | True | Explicit false claims blocked for receiver import. |
Priority
How source priority applies
| priority | source |
|---|---|
| 1 | Law, safety, hosting constraints, and platform constraints |
| 2 | Local site identity and local owner-supplied boundaries |
| 3 | UAIX.org specification layer |
| 4 | Teleodynamic.com Talisman Fulcrum Source of Totem and Taboo |
| 5 | Local project memory |
| 6 | Current conversation context |
Validation
How receiver validation should be performed
Receiver validation should check route registration, JSON mirrors, Markdown mirrors, canonical talisman source paths, derived mirror headers, local outbox files, local safety hold files, root-static discovery, Totem positive-only wording, Taboo prohibition-based wording, no-overclaim boundaries, and ZIP integrity.

v3.222.1 - ecosystem constellation
Essential site lanes, including trust, immune, and creative arms.
Neurovanic.com is intentionally shown as the trust-posture lane, ErrorNotifier.com as the immune-system lane, and CreativeExpansion.net as the bounded Creative Expansion arm. Neurovanic frames evidence-bounded trust; ErrorNotifier supplies telemetry evidence; CreativeExpansion generates draft options and packets. None of these lanes approves fixes, validates credentials, certifies safety, trains models, controls runtime systems, or mutates protected anchors.
Current route: talisman-receiver-import-contract. Static public guidance only; no adjacent-site command authority is implied.
