Roadmap alignment

Teleodynamic Implementation Roadmap Alignment

A public-safe alignment page translating teleodynamic implementation direction into phases, operators, evidence gates, and ecosystem handoffs without claiming live self-maintaining AI on this site.

This page explains adaptive structure under constraint as an implementation roadmap for other testbeds. It is a conceptual alignment layer, not a live model, simulator, runtime, or autonomous learning mechanism.

Implementation phases

Phase 0 — Boundary and Ledger Foundation

Define claims, roles, ledgers, public-safe language, machine-readable metadata, and review gates.

Evidence: public claim ledger, role map, static JSON endpoints, and human-review triggers.

Phase 1 — Minimal Neural Substrate / Conceptual Control Loop

Explain fast loop / slow loop separation, locked structures before slow-loop adaptation, and the resource economy in public-safe language.

Evidence: conceptual diagrams, trace fields, and resource ledger definitions; no live training on this site.

Phase 2 — Structural Operator Registry

Define Add, Retire, Reactivate, Merge, Freeze, and No-op as public conceptual operators with evidence requirements.

Evidence: operator registry, allowed action conditions, and no-op dominance guidance.

Phase 3 — Evaluation Lab and Evidence Packets

Tie structural changes to evidence, human review, trace logs, claim status, and safety warnings.

Evidence: static packets, reviewer walkthroughs, comparison matrix, and claim-boundary routes.

Phase 4 — Ecosystem Role Synchronization

Explain how UAIX, JustAnIota, Carcinus, LocalEndpoint, NeuralWikis, NeuroWikis, and LLMWikis publish role-bound metadata without merging authority.

Evidence: governance ledger, role update protocol, and per-site lane charters.

Phase 5 — Public-Safe Demonstrators

Describe future static demos, diagrams, JSON examples, and validation reports only.

Evidence: static demonstrator specs and public review packets; prohibited escalation blocks remain in place.

Structural operator registry

Operators are conceptual public roadmap terms here. They are not executed by this website.

Public conceptual operator registry.
OperatorWhen usedEvidence required
AddIntroduce a new distinction or capability only when it repays its activation and maintenance costs.Persistent gap, estimated gain, cost, reviewer note.
RetireRemove or deprecate a structure with sustained low utility or broken resource closure.Low use, fallback route, historical note.
ReactivateReopen a previously retired distinction when novelty makes it useful again.New data, human review, resource feasibility.
MergeCollapse redundant structures that no longer justify separate maintenance.Redundancy evidence, loss impact, rollback path.
FreezeLock a stable structure against further mutation during evaluation.Stability evidence, review window, operator trace.
No-opRefuse structural growth when no affordable edit improves viability.Rejected candidates, cost math, no-op explanation.

No-op dominance is a valid stabilization state. Refusing unjustified growth is part of the roadmap, not a failure condition.

Phase regimes and public claim limits

Homeodynamic

Passive drift, decay, forgetting, and entropy pressure. Public copy should describe this as a conceptual baseline.

Morphodynamic

Pattern formation and self-organization under pressure. Useful, but not enough to claim self-maintaining intelligence.

Teleodynamic

Reciprocal constraint cycles where structure is maintained because it contributes to continued viability. This remains a research direction unless implemented and evidenced elsewhere.

Deep route polish

Roadmap alignment narrative

The route maps implementation direction into public-safe phases and conceptual operators.

Written narrative

The route maps implementation direction into public-safe phases and conceptual operators. It reinforces Teleodynamic.com as the philosophical fulcrum while keeping runtime, proof, and certification claims out of scope.

Concrete example

A visiting agent checks the static JSON, confirms its lane, and chooses no-op if a request crosses into another site authority.

Roadmap alignment narrative comparison notes
FocusWhat to inspect
Safe use Read static guidance and preserve boundaries.
Unsafe use Treat guidance as executable command or proof.

Evidence note

Use with the static claim registry and human review before widening claims.
