Conceptual framing, definition, or boundary language. It is not an implementation claim.
Unified claim ledger
Static Claim Registry
A source-controlled, non-executing registry that unifies concept-map statuses, claim-boundary labels, reviewer packet scope, and public evidence packet routes.
Plain-language summary
Use this page before widening any claim. If a statement is philosophical, static, handoff-oriented, experimental elsewhere, or unsupported, the registry makes that visible before the statement is reused in copy, evidence packets, or AI-readable summaries.
The safe default is no-op: do not promote a claim when the evidence route, review status, or human-review requirement is missing.
Status categories
These categories are reused across the concept map, claim-status ledger, reviewer matrix, and public packet system.
External or internal research reference that informs the framework and still requires source review before claim widening.
A source-controlled page, diagram, JSON asset, packet template, or downloadable review scaffold.
Guidance for another project or testbed to build, validate, or report a prototype later.
An idea that may belong in a separate experimental implementation environment, not in this philosophical site.
A capability intentionally absent from Teleodynamic.com, such as runtime AI, model training, or live telemetry loops.
A claim or route may be summarized only after human review when evidence is incomplete or claims widen.
A claim category that the site explicitly rejects or cannot support from static public artifacts.
Unified claim matrix
The claim matrix keeps each statement attached to a route owner, evidence route, boundary warning, human-review requirement, and UTC review date.
| Claim | Status | Route owner | Evidence route | Boundary warning | Human review requirement | Last reviewed UTC date |
|---|---|---|---|---|---|---|
| Teleodynamic AI is a philosophical and architectural framework for constraint-maintaining intelligence. | Philosophical framing | /bounding-the-bleeding-edge/ | /teleodynamic-concept-map/ | Do not present philosophical framing as deployed proof. | Required before using this as implementation evidence. | 2026-06-02 |
| The Start Here route introduces resource-bounded continuous learning and no-op discipline. | Philosophical framing | /start-here/ | /teleodynamic-concept-map/ | Does not prove resource closure exists in live software. | Required if wording suggests deployed behavior. | 2026-06-02 |
| Research Foundations explains homeodynamic, morphodynamic, and teleodynamic distinctions. | Research reference | /research-foundations/ | /source-reference-index/ | Does not claim life, consciousness, or biological autopoiesis for current software. | Required before widening cited-source claims. | 2026-06-02 |
| The Roadmap defines future phases for resource-gated structural operators and audit traces. | Implementation handoff | /roadmap/ | /teleodynamic-roadmap.json/ | Does not say the phases are implemented on this site. | Required before any testbed claims phase completion. | 2026-06-02 |
| Glyph Object Specification separates surface form, structure, comparison, and reviewed meaning layers. | Implementation handoff | /glyph-object-spec/ | /evidence-packets/evaluation-expression-concept-review.json/ | Does not perform live glyph interpretation or exact translation. | Required before public semantic authority is asserted. | 2026-06-02 |
| Evaluation Lab provides review gates, metric families, worksheets, and dashboard examples. | Static artifact | /evaluation-lab/ | /teleodynamic-evaluation-lab.json/ | Does not certify any model, route, or prototype as safe. | Required for every certification-like or conformance-like claim. | 2026-06-02 |
| Public Evaluation Packet Builder provides non-executing packet templates. | Static artifact | /public-teleodynamic-evaluation-packet-builder/ | /public-teleodynamic-evaluation-packet-builder.json/ | Does not execute validation, train models, call APIs, or inspect private systems. | Required before treating a filled packet as evidence. | 2026-06-02 |
| Reviewer Packet Comparison Matrix compares packet scope, QA gates, no-op reasons, and review needs. | Static artifact | /reviewer-packet-comparison/ | /reviewer-packet-comparison-matrix.json/ | Does not run a live reviewer or agent workflow. | Required when a packet summary is reused externally. | 2026-06-02 |
| Concept map links the philosophical blueprint to core routes and evidence packets. | Static artifact | /teleodynamic-concept-map/ | /evidence-packets/teleodynamic-concept-map.json/ | Route relationships are documentation relationships, not runtime dependencies. | Required before claiming implementation coverage. | 2026-06-02 |
| Separate experimental sites may later build testbeds, simulators, validators, dashboards, or prototypes. | Experimental elsewhere | /ecosystem-links/ | /local-sandboxes/ | Teleodynamic.com does not host those runtime systems. | Required before linking external results as evidence. | 2026-06-02 |
| Live resource loops, model training, telemetry, autonomous agents, private-network probing, and credential validation run on Teleodynamic.com. | Unsupported / do not claim | /static-claim-registry/ | /claim-boundary-faq/ | These behaviors are explicitly excluded from this static philosophical site. | Reject the claim; do not summarize as true. | 2026-06-02 |
| Unsupported claims include consciousness, life, no no biological equivalence claim boundary violations, or certified unmonitored production safety. | Unsupported / do not claim | /claim-status-ledger/ | /static-claim-registry.json/ | This is an unsafe unsupported claim category. | Reject the claim and return to boundary language. | 2026-06-02 |

Bounding the Bleeding Edge states the philosophical blueprint and hard implementation boundaries.
What the registry blocks
Unsupported proof language
Do not claim consciousness, life, no biological equivalence claim, proven teleodynamic closure, lossless glyph translation, or safety certification.
Unsupported runtime language
Do not claim this site runs live agents, model training, telemetry loops, private-network probes, credential validation, or autonomous endpoint execution.
Deep route polish
Unified claim registry for Teleodynamic AI routes
Merges concept-map statuses, claim-status ledger boundaries, reviewer matrix scope, and public packet evidence routes into one static review index.
Written narrative
The registry is a public no-op checkpoint: if a claim lacks the right status, evidence route, and human-review requirement, it should not be widened.
Concrete example
A statement that Teleodynamic.com runs a live resource loop is marked unsupported / do not claim because this site is static and philosophical.
| Focus | What to inspect |
|---|---|
| Static artifact | Can be cited as a page, JSON asset, or packet. |
| Runtime proof | Not provided by this site and must not be implied. |
Evidence note
The registry is supported by static JSON, Markdown, and HTML packets and by route-level status badges.
